During the rotation of the universal joint shaft, it must be equipped with a complete and suitable safety protection device to prevent accidents such as slipping of the universal joint shaft during rotation. Because it is extremely dangerous. In order to effectively prevent and reduce the occurrence of accidents, we can do from the following points.

1. The universal joint shaft is elastic and flexible, the strength of its flexible vibration and the critical bending speed must be carefully calculated, and the maximum allowable speed must be completely lower than the critical bending speed provided when the first order is placed.

2. In order to ensure the safe and smooth rotation of the cardan shaft, it is forbidden to exceed the range of the corresponding cardan shaft size (speed × inclination).

3. To ensure the safe connection of the cardan shaft, the flanges of the cardan shaft and the flanges of the connected parts must be kept free of dust, oil and paint.

4. When installing the universal shaft, do not move the flange fork at will to avoid injury.

5. Check the position of the flange fork of the universal shaft, pay attention to the arrow mark, it must be carefully calibrated, and it is forbidden to arbitrarily replace and change the spline.

6. Remove transportation protection materials (such as baffles, etc.) before installation. If in doubt, please contact the supplier.

7. It is forbidden to rotate the universal joint with the installation lever, so as not to damage the oil nozzle and the pressure reducing valve.

8. Use bolts and screws of specified material (strength). Use the bolts and screws specified by the supplier. The bolts should be tightened symmetrically and evenly with a torque wrench.

9. When a fixed-length universal joint shaft is used, one of the connecting parts of the universal joint shaft is connected with the positioning pin of the flange by elasticity, and the length compensation caused by the temperature change is adjusted by a suitable bearing adjustment device.

10. If a telescopic universal shaft is used, the flange of the connected piece must be firmly fixed on the universal shaft.

11. If the storage period of the cardan shaft exceeds 6 months, it should be re-lubricated before use.

12. When spraying the cardan shaft, be sure to confirm the sliding range of the sealing ring.
