Temperature difference assembly line method:
The universal joint shaft is heated and deformed by heating or the bearing end cover is cooled and folded by water cooling, so that the wheel coupling can be conveniently placed on the shaft. This method has many advantages compared with the pile pressing method and its driving force pressing method. For the rims produced from ductile raw materials, the temperature difference assembly line method is very suitable.
Most of the temperature difference assembly line methods use the heating method, and the water cooling method is less used. There are various heating methods. Some put the wheel rim into oil with a high opening flash point to carry out oil bath heating or welding machine baking, and also use a barbecue box for heating. The assembly line mostly uses oil bath heating on the spot. Gentle solder machine bake. The set temperature above which the oil bath can be heated depends on the properties of the oil, usually 150°C.
When using other methods to heat the rim, the temperature of the cardan shaft can be higher than 150 °C, but from the perspective of metallographic and quenching and tempering treatment, the heating temperature of the coupling cannot be arbitrarily increased, and the processing of steel The hardening temperature is 430°C. If the heating temperature is higher than 430℃, it will cause the transformation of the internal mechanism of the stainless steel plate, so the limit of the heating temperature will be lower than 430℃. For safety reasons, the set heating temperature limit should be 350 ℃. For the actual required heating temperature, the calculation can be carried out according to the clearance fit value of the cardan shaft and the shaft, and the regulations for fitting the shaft to the shaft after heating.
